At least that’s what I believe one of the “goodies” should be.
15X is a bit much. But I’d be down for double exp.
I read that as just “15 XP Boost” and smiled.
15x XP would be nifty. If it was just XP it wouldn’t even mess with their moneymill. It would be nice, but not game-breaking – assuming they don’t balance people based on SR at all, it would just be a way to reward people for participating in a way that is obvious to the individual but not to others (so it’s not like an emblem you’ll never get if you happened to be working that day).
I’d be down for that.

Yep pretty much. I use all of mine.
It would be cool (and a bit excessive) if every game got a 15x experience boost. I would play reach and 4 all day long.
