Trying to think of reasons that I could argue in this guys favor, but I’m really coming up with nothing. Sounds like someone who’s req boosting. I’ve come across those player and I really dislike them. I usually just report them and move on.

Look, if the guy wants to sit inside his base and count marines then let him. If he’s req farming then he’s doing it in the single most inefficient way possible. If he’s mentally defective then you should pity him and not hate on him. If he’s just plain afraid of combat then I wonder what he’s doing in a shooter to begin with, but you never know with some people. And truth be told, anyone would look at my record and wonder what the heck was going on most of the time. There’s a story there, but who cares? Live and let live.

And he is over SR 110 if I remember correctly.

Same! I looked at my stats earlier and saw all the shots fired to shots hit and realized it probably looks bad to some people… I like to shoot my guns a bit when I’m walking places, oh well… looks like the free ammo at req stations got the better of me.
I guess he is a good low-life that likes to see the core up close for a long time.
You could just message him and ask why he does or did that. It would be better than open speculation.
