Is been give away in a few Twitter raffles and a play date. If I had to guess probably <30 out in the wild.

That is a new grassroots nameplate (since this season) and is given away in the special giveaway-streams or playdates by the grassroots players.
Seems like a lot of work for a nameplate lol
