Lol yea, but I kinda had to work on 5+ days of gaming to achieve it, so even getting exp for participating, that wasnt so easy to achieve. LOL, so we have to valorize it.

what I really want is all that new armor that will come with the ranks because armor makes me play better
I would like it if, after reaching 130, Reach ranks started coming into play. You would still retain your specialization at the bottom, but next to it could be your Rank Emblem.

Halo 4 SR130 = 3,900,000 XP
Reach Interitor = 16,000,000 credits
Even with Reach giving almost double credits for Matchmaking than Halo 4’s XP, it still took way longer to reach the top (no pun intended) in Reach.
I hope they do increase the ranks

I hope they do something. Reaching level 70 was super easy- reaching 130 was even easier. I never used double xp, but ya - they need to do something because challenges are pointless now. All I play now are custome games because any commidation points go towards nothing. I’ve have all halo games and am still leveling up on halo reach after 4 years. I can’t believe I reached the end within 1 month. 
I would love the SR to go up higher 
Though, I worry (as someone who has been 130 for seems like forever) I have finished majority of the accommodations in the game, so if the cap went up I feel it might be hard for alot of those who already have most of them finished and wont have that extra help for xp (as I’m sure they wont retro-actively give you those credits)
The max is 180, thats the highest level in game, you are only at SR130 because its capped right now, Hope this was informative

Where did you get this info?
Im pretty sure its maxed out at 180, though i could be wrong when it first came out, there was info on se7ensins however i think the more i think it might be 130 ill have to check the source again

There were plans to extend the leveling. But when Halo 4 tanked and Spartan-Ops Season 2 and 3 were cut, so too were the planned DLC Map packs, level updates, and new armor sets.
For example, the Mark IV was going to be in the game but that got moved to Halo 5.
