Kinda.
All their trial and error fixes have the same issue.
Or they make the opposite extreme of the last mistake.
6 max fireteam forced people to limit.
6 min (warlords) required too many to sustain.
Full match full doesn’t work on <12 large teams.
.
6+ attempting to match against other 6+ before adding solo players is best.
Welp I hope that doesn’t turn warzone back to unplayable for us solo solo players. As the OP stayed if they went in with a 11 man team means they will not go against anthor almost full team and get placed against solid?
We all know full fireteams really don’t want to face other full teams very often.
I think this is a garage system. Makes Fuller teams have to suffer. Say people with 8 or 9 can’t play warzone together because of these limitations. And before someone says just play BTB no. Some people don’t like halo 5’s version of btb myself included

Its never been fixed. Players are still doing it. They only banned that one group in the beginning and that was it. They don’t care, they never did.

Punish groups? It will keep them from rigging games.
Fair for large teams, puts them against an equal team.
Fair for solo players because it doesn’t place mic less randoms against skill based teams.
Why punish the thousands who can’t find a group?
Trying to get fair games… impossible.
When there’s always a large team on the other side.

So what Your saying let’s give the advantage to some singles over the dedicated group who is putting in the time to get organized.
In theory they can make a quick buck by snagging newer members by the singles but it’s that dedicated core that’s going to stick around and spend the money long term and continue to buy the rest of their products.
Personally its way more fun when you have two full high level teams facing off.

Just place teams of like size against each other.
Maybe some randoms on each side.
This would balance every game.
So it would come down to skill, rather than who is or isn’t in a team.
As far as I know the original JIP bug that allowed 2 - 6 man teams to combine into 1 - 12 man team has been fixed.
This still doesn’t stop 2 fireteams of 4-6 people queuing up at the same time hoping to get matched on the same team. Doing that isn’t an exploit IMO. and 99 times out of 100 people the people who wanted to get joined together end up on opposite sides
