12 out of 14 Warzone Packs

Hello, I bought the Warzone REQ Bundle and I haven’t received all 14 packs.
It stopped giving packs at 12, what am I supposed to do? Am I missing something?

Are you sure you counted correctly? Did you count the first 2 packs you get immediately upon purchase? When did you purchase the REQ Bundle?

I don’t remember exactly when I bought it but I only opened the first two packs and then I let them stack. This process stopped at 10, so 2 opened packs + 10 unopened packs = 12.

The one time 343 responds to someone… The one time… What about all these other issues we’ve been having with game play? The random disconnections, the REQ station malfunctions… help us with those too…
