11th terminal not unlocking?

I just beat Halo Anniversary today, making sure to unlock every skull and terminal along the way. Imagine my surprise when, upon using all the codes to unlock the terminal messages on Waypoint, I never unlocked number 11. I also didn’t get any of the bonus cp from it either.

Can anyone tell me what might’ve gone wrong and if it’s even possible to unlock anymore?

Well, I’m stupid. Checked things over and I forgot to put in the code for Silent Cartographer. My internet was acting up when I put them all in so I probably just got confused.
