Each monitor is 7x the number of the one before it.
When Halo 2 came out, and Delta Halo’s Monitor was 2401, fans realised it was 343 x 7. Fans put together that the numbers for each ring’s monitor was a multiple of 7.
I01 is 1, I02 is 7, I03 is 49, I04 is 343, I05 is 2401, I06 is 16807, and I07 is 117649.
