I have all gold stars achev says 100% done but it wont go
This is a somewhat common error with the Xbox One achievement system. The fault is not with Spartan Assault, as it can happen with any game. The Achievement app says 100%, but the achievement did not unlock. It should silently unlock on its own in a day or so. Just check back in the Achievement app and you should see it has unlocked.

That is unusual. You may need to contact Xbox Support. I usually tweet them @XboxSupport. You may want to reference this troubleshooting guide. It sounds like you’re experiencing this:

Some other things you might try are a hard restart or a reset to factory defaults (in which case you will need to reinstall all games, so this would be a final option).
You could also try playing the game with the 117 achievement Snapped, if you’ve received the July update. Just look at the achievement in the Achievement app and select Snap and Play. Then I would Gold Star an easy mission like A-1. Perhaps having them run side-by-side will make the achievement system “wake up.”
