I suppose it’s possible. It would be poetic for the Arbiter to do that, but I would think it be neat if Lord Hood had done it… Sort of poetic in its own way

It’ll never be known who did that. I see it as a sign that even though MC did so much for humanity on so many different occasions, he still remains a Spartan, one of a group of soldiers who do their duty and don’t expect any honors or recognition in return aside from a humble little shoutout engraving.
