I just played a ranked match with “11/10” players 
After we finished the match before this one, all players kept in the lobby and another guest joined, so that we played 6 vs 5.

This is a known and common issue. They are working on a fix but hey at least you got into a game.

I didn’t know this is a known issue, just wanted to point that out. I’m quite happy to be able to play some halo matches 
@xl McG lx: Have you checked your NAT status? I couldn’t find matches for 2 days myself, before I realized it was actually my fault and I changed my NAT from strict to open…
I was playing BTB and the lobby was 14/12. No complaints were made there haha
I kind of wanna try to find out how many players are possible this way. I wonder if you could play with more then 16 people
