Your data shows that things are improving? Wtf. Do you eeven know what data is? Can you even -Yoinking!- read?

If anything things have gotten worse when you started touching it again.

Your company is a joke. Your employees are -Yoinking!- jokes. This is the saddest thing I have ever seen in the gaming industry. You should be firing the majority of your employees and begging for the forgiveness of your customers.

This update isn’t even in update. … your basically saying “we have determined that there is a problem. But we don’t know what it is or how to fix it” So you just cut out parts of the game? What the literal -Yoink-?

I will be calling Microsoft when I get home tonight to demand a refund.

And what access do you have to data that isn’t anecdotal from your personal experience and loudmouths on this forum? 343i can gather data from all users, not just the ones complaining, so I trust that what they’re saying is actually accurate, as they have the evidence. And before you say “WHY HAVEN’T WE SEEN THAT EVIDENCE”, I highly doubt their software engineers are taking time out right now to make you a bar graph.

Um I dont think he has a dedicated team of paid professionals to do this…apparently, neither does 343.

Things have started improving for me. As mentioned in the update, I am making sure that my searching waiting time lasts around 4 minutes… I find that after about 3 minutes that i’m able to join a game…

Still not perfect, but getting better!

Yet again, still not easy to do. Team or not, these things can take a while, especially when you have to go and isolate every tiny little detail to make sure that that detail isn’t the problem. I didn’t know everyone here was a server engineer these days? I’d love to see some degrees from your institutions.
