10000 REQ points wasted

So here I was just buying a gold pack with my freshly ground 10k REQ points and I get this:

“There was a problem with Halo 5’s servers”

Gets sent back to main menu
10k are gone and no new REQs

On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. Apologies for the inconvenience!

You might still get it if the servers push it through

^^ This ^^ … I’ve had this issue a couple of time, but I could always find the REQ in my collection.

While you’re here, can you tell Holmes or whomever that it would be great if we could get some answer to the Retrieving Data issue or at least acknowledge that it exists in an update. For example, after almost every game I play, I’ll get the retrieving data screen and I have to start a custom game or quit the build in order to get my REQ menu to load.

At OP, they are always in there. You just have to go back through and make sure everything is sold that you want sold

It’s a miracle, 343 Industries is actually responding on someones thread. Yet after all the 106 pages of feedback on the Firefight thread… no response from 343 whatsoever :confused:

What up Unyshek? You’re here to cover 343i’s butt when someone thinks that they got jipped out of 10K RP, but you won’t reply to support issues involving real cash? Gotta work on that, eh?
