Did you input the Forerunner code into the classified section of Halo Waypoint? You have to do this in order to get the helmet.
Edit: I just looked at your Service Record and SiulS249 is correct: you have only completed 974 matches. Complete 26 more and THEN enter the Forerunner code.

You have to complete 1,000 matches in War Games that you didn’t quit from or JIP into. Quitting or JIP’ing into a game won’t make you restart or anything though, it’s just a total of games you played from start to finish.
So 26 more games - start to finish - then enter the code?
