$100 req pack

So I just purchased the $99.99 REQ Pack Bundle that comes with 34 req packs plus an additional 13 for free.
I did this in between games and it was loading as the game started up. After that next match I viewed the “open packs” menu and nary a gold pack was to be found. -.-
i restarted my halo, then hard reset my build, then viewed again and again only to find I had still not recieved my req packs. When I attempted to view the purchasing menu for the bundle, (thinking maybe the purchase never went through) my account showed just over a hundred dollars less than what I had previously, meaning the purchase was successful.

What do I do now? I refuse to let that 100$ just magically become a donation to an unknown cause I want my product.

I think XBL and/or the REQ system are having issues currently, they should either come in once everything is fixed or you can contact Xbox and get a refund!

Req system has been stuffed all day. I can’t even change req in wartime till about 3minutes in

My friend once bought one gold pack and the same happened to him. He got it the next day though so I guess there’s nothing to do but wait…

They’ll show up eventually. Can you open them from waypoint?
