I miss helmet and armor Achilles and Challenger so 99%.
215/270 Emblem (Some quotes to finish) but 3 but I could not have.
Weapon Skin 60/74 (I had a pack 80 000 REQ Points) but not enough for all the packs.
But 100% in Visor, Stance and Assassination for Customization.
Loadout all 100%.
Power and Vehicle all 100%.
Boost 100%.

Same here, last items currently is the Achilles helmet, should be in my list in about 3-4 weeks 
I just finished today as well. Only thing I’m missing is new weapon skins from last promo pack(s) and Achilles helmet. [it counts for completion even though it shows 100%, there is a sliver In the percentage circle]
Spent $0.00 on REQ’s, but I did get the LE with Warzone bundle and won a code last month for the Arena bundle (2 weeks left)
Its doable especially if you sell REQ’s and open packs Bronze>silver>gold
