100.000 req

So I’ve played the game massively for 2 weeks to get 100.000 req point for a pack and when I get to open the pack it pulled me out of the game then when I got back to the game BOOM no req point no reward seriously WTF???

What do you mean pulled you out of the game? Did the game exit to dashboard? Never heard of that…

I can explain things; sometimes while you’re opening up a REQ pack, the game can sometimes crash before the pack is fully opened. I can assure you, the pack’s contents were not lost when the game crashed, you just don’t know what you’ve received in the first place.

Don’t worry, you won’t have lost any items. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory. You need to hard reset your console to see the updated inventory in-game, alternatively you check for new items here on Waypoint: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/requisitions/categories/customization?ownedOnly=False

Whole game just exit into home screen and then got back in for my weapon req looked through it nothing absolutely disappointing all that work for req point just to lose it like that any chance in getting that back?

stckrboy cleared things up for you; you have not lost any items you’ve unlocked while opening that pack. You just don’t know what you’ve unlocked.

As I said above ,Whole game just exit into home screen and then got back in for my weapon req looked through it nothing, this is the pack I bought GREATEST HITS WEAPON PACK the one now on store I’ve looked through my Load out weapons I have exactly the same weapons nothing new I would of seen it.

You don’t get Loadout Weapons from the Greatest Hits Weapon Pack. Here is what you get, taken from the Microsoft Store entry:

> This Greatest Hits Weapons REQ Pack unlocks two permanent certifications (if available*), and a dozen single-use REQs selected from the most popular and potent human and alien armaments – all of them Ultra Rare or better rarity.

So what you would have gotten would have been 2 weapon certifications and a bunch of single-use REQs. You weren’t supposed to unlock any new Loadout Weapons. So it looks like you didn’t fully understand what you were buying and therefore were expecting to see something new that was not included in the pack. Therefore, it is highly likely that you did in fact get the contents of the pack added straight to your inventory and just don’t know what those items are. Unless you screencapped your collection before and after opening packs, it’s pretty much impossible to see what new things you got in the event of a crash.
