This month has been crawling by ever since we were hit by the possibility of Halo 4 revelations on February 29th at the Spring Showcase. Though I don’t want to get my hopes up too high, I’d bet a decent sum of money that these rumors are true. The whole “few sleeps” thing from Frank only adds to that.
I’m also relatively certain that if Halo 4 does get a reveal on the 29th, it will kick into motion the hyping process for the game. We will have far shorter waits between tidbits. So it is only 10 more days, people, until we have something substantive to discuss on these forums. I’m tired of “Reach sucks”, “Flood Infection”, “No Sprint”, and “new equipment- ________” threads.
I don’t care about everyone else’s rage if nothing shows up. I don’t know why y’all refer to them, let them rage, they do it regardless. I’m just going to be paying attention to this and March 5; I don’t give a damn about another’s disappointed reaction, not my concern. You guys seem more focused about the rage of no new info than finding and hoping for info.

Because it’s oh so humorous when people get angry that 343 “promised them” info and didn’t deliver. It also makes me lol when they say U GUIZ R SO BAD BUNGIE WUZZZ SOOOO MCH BTTTRRR, even though 343 is using a much better marketing plan then Bungie used.

Doesn’t prove that there is an embargo because he did not state his source of where he heard of the embargo. I want to see a statement from Microsoft or a other reliable source that there is an embargo. Until then I will not believe there is one.

Metro UK mentioned that there was an embargo on March 5th. Makes perfect sense too because the 5th of March will be around the time when magazines like GameInformer and OXM go out. So if they are preparing a media blitz putting an embargo on the event will be the way to do it.

Still doesn’t prove an embargo but what you said about a media blitz would make an embargo make sense. The thing is that Microsoft still hasn’t confirmed that there will be Halo 4 stuff shown at the showcase.
