10,000+

It seems E3 has already started making an impact on quite a lot of people seeing how there is over 10,000 people in the Halo 4 forums alone… every other forum has over 100 people as well. im curious to see how this changes once multiplayer information comes out today! Do you think these are new people to the forums are just people who have not checked them in a while? I noticed theres now a direct link to the Halo 4 forums from the Halo 4 main page of Waypoint so that may be part of the reason. It seems 343i is encouraging people to partake in forum activity which I think is pretty cool. What do you all think about the massive amount of people on the forums?

I think it’s a glitch…

Nah, they’re just lurking!

Well the forums did crash yesterday during the conference…

The Forums were going really, really, slow yesterday…

I doubt it’s a glitch… thousands of people watch E3 as well, and Halo 4 is pretty much shown everywhere on Xbox so I could see 10,000k+ people in this forum alone.

Games are really hot this week. I wonder why…

I got passing interest in so many games. Halo4 is on top of that list.

HALO 4’s the place to be right now.

Im not surprised. I watched a large chunk of E3 and there really wasn’t too much to be excited for. Opening with Halo 4 may have been a good start because that was clearly one thing the crowd actually wanted to see. It got a good applause and later in the day nobody really cared. Halo 4 may be the winner at E3 if things keep going this way.

Also bungie is not attending E3 so there will no be surprises from them as far as we are concerned.

Yesterday this forum would go below 100. Today it is at 10,000 and I lolwutted.

I made a thread on this, but I guess people thought I was lying or something or just didn’t see it. This forum yesterday was already in the thousands.

Yeah, looks like there are a lot of lurkers around. I’m going with a glitch though for the numbers, as I doubt there are 2,719 members all posting right now.

Pretty much this. I doubt it’s a glitch. Halo 4 e3 trailer has awakened halo fans once again.

Pretty impressive all same means lot of interest in halo 4

I actually wanted to point this out but guess you have beaten me towards it… Quite shocking… everything is running SO slow now…

They wouldn’t have to post to be counted as a member, simply being signed in would be enough to count.

The forums went really slow yesterday. The E3 footage brought an immediate boom in viewership.

It’s OVER 9000!!!

It was so slow that the pages refused to load for me, so I couldn’t talk about what I was seeing. Then, I tried at the RUL forums and they refused to load as well. Definitely frustrating.

Hopefully it will be better today.

I’m proud of the Halo 4 Forum. There are about 9800 more people than usual stalking the forums. The only downside is I feel like we are back at the Spring Showcase with some of the threads coming up, but I guess when you have 10000 people here you are gonna have some who haven’t stalked every piece of Halo 4 news for a year like some of us. :stuck_out_tongue:

And yeah, this is the first time I have been able to get on the forums since the demo yesterday. Its crazy how many people came here after it!

I had problems trying to get into the forums yesterday myself.
