Microsoft Support says this is a known issue and you guys will be able to fix for me today. I have a confirmation code from the support guy, and he said to post for your staff to see and contact me to resolve.

You don’t receive an email for the 1 month, you simply get an Xbox message saying 1 month was added to your account (Xbox 360) or a message with a redeemable code (for Xbox One. Thats the one I got, I just pressed the redeem option in the message). Xbox Support told you the wrong thing (which is nothing new), since 343 very VERY rarely look on these forums. The only people who can issue you a new code is Xbox Support themselves.
