I’m sorry to hear that, unfortunately, 343 deserted these forums long ago… You’re better off waiting a day and then call Costumer Support again with a link to your post and tell them to stop sending people here.
Wait they send the code via Xbox Message? I get dozens of messages a day so I turn my notifications off. In a few days my entire inbox starts fresh because it only holds the most recent 100 messages.
This doesn’t seem fair at all…

Then Microsoft customer support have told you the wrong thing (and they know it). Trust me, they tried this with me until I told them I was a Community Engineer on here and knew they weren’t being truthful. 343 don’t have the ability or the authority to give out replacement Xbox Gold membership codes.

Not everyone has had their code sent via Xbox Live message. Some have, but most had their account automatically updated. I have an FAQ posted in the main MCC forums that may be of help
