I know this may be difficult, but if you could narrow down all of Halo’s campaign’s to one mission as your favorite, what would would it be? I gotta say, right off the top of my head, “Ark” from Halo 3 has to be just one of my all-time favorites.
The Covenant from Halo 3 is hands down the best. imo
The Maw is the first one that comes to mind. It’s intense throughout the whole level.
I know I’m the oddball in saying this, but I have to go with The Library from Halo CE.
I’m choosing it because of its replayability. I actually enjoy fighting the Flood in Halo CE(not quite as much in Halo 2 and 3). And, the Library is a nonstop Flood-fest. If I were choosing a mission based on how good it was the first time through, I’d probably have to cast my vote for something like 343 Guilty Spark from CE or The Covenant from Halo 3. But, after having played all the campaigns multiple times, The Library is still one of those levels I can just kick back and relax through. Unlike fighting the Covenant, you can just switch your brain off and relax with a good Flood fight. There’s no real AI trying to outsmart you, it’s just a mindless onslaught. And the Halo CE Flood just crumble and fall apart from shotgun blasts.
New Alexandria from Reach. I love how you go from hornet combat to on foot combat, and back again. Also the zen garden apartment was the coolest sandbox I’ve ever fought in.

Tough one, I like a lot of the missions from Halo. I will choose Pillar of Autumn or Lone Wolf.
The level I’ve played the most would have to be Halo 3’s Tsavo Highway. Before Halo 4’s release I started making up my own challenges, including finishing the level without destroying any vehicles (essentially means sniping out all of the drivers (For the Wraith it’s sniping the gunner, then punching out the driver. The first time I succeeded I lined up all of the vehicles on that last stretch of the bridge before getting to the Brute’s blockade.
