If Halo 5s ranking system was 1-50 where do you believe you would rank based on how you doing in the game. I’m going high and saying 47 Team Arena, Crap in everything Else
30s for Slayer and SWAT
high 20s for Arena
-15 for Breakout
low 30s for FFA
if halo 5 had a 1-50 ranking system i would play this everyday
and all the people from mcc would come over to halo 5

It spreads out the players a lot more. In H2A ranking was determined by numbers. You either go up or down.

And Onyx is but a single rank that scales depending on how many players are in the playlist. Starts ~1500 CSR and then after getting your CSR high enough you move into champion. Until someone knocks you out by having a higher CSR than you.
Halo 3 wasn’t about EVERYONE being 50, not everyone was a 50, nor were they suppose to be. Same with Onyx & Champion on H5.

…it still is determined by numbers. You still do go up and down. That’s why each rank has it’s own variation between 1-6. So there is still movement depending on how well you do.
So again, how is this different?
It’s based on a flawed 10 game system that ranks people. It’s a flawed ab inconsistent method. I’m onyx in slayer and the games are hardly fair - platinums and non ranked people are often in the game. Plus with not being able to go down a division - people who are not good enough for the division they are in are trapped
High 30’s - low 40’s in Arena and Slayer, like 10 in FFA and MAYBE 20 in Breakout.

1-50 needs to come back… So does BR start option
