Are you serious? Please tell me this is a joke. Halo IS the arena shooter of Xbox. It is what it started up as and what it is. The fact that there is a competitive tournament based around arena Halo does not mean anything about the priorities of 343. Warzone is a fun and exhilarating new experience, but it was never intended for a competitive setting. I hate how people are segregating halo by these two modes. It’s not a 1 million dollar “Arena” tournament, it’s a 1 million dollar HALO tournament. Be proud that our game is getting out there. Warzone could still be the main mode if you want it to be, but that is your decision. Warzone is not for a tournament setting, so I don’t even understand your thread.

Warzone will probably be more popular than Arena but I don’t see it as the “main” gametype. I see both Arena and Warzone on the same level of importance.

Where were all u guys back when I was trying to tell them a couple months ago.
I got ganged up on by all these kiddies and the admin telling me that “if I can’t see Warzone is the main game type then they feel sorry for me” etc

this is going back to when Warzone footage forsst came out and all the kiddies were going wild with fanboysom.

dontget me wrong, I’ll thoroughly enjoy Warzone I think. But I got bullied and eventually banned from posting by the admin because I didn’t agree with the admin and the kiddies that Warzone was going to me the main game type.

They were all just fanboying out when Warzone was first released. And now that there has been more arena slater stuff released, the kiddies and the admin has gone all quiet.

Are you sure you weren’t being aggressive or vulgar? That doesn’t sound like something a Waypoint moderator would do for a disagreement. Not saying you’re lying or anything, that’s just interesting.

OT: I’m usually a casual player, but H5 arena looks great. I’ll probably spend more my time there.

This is how the game modes will go in order of importance leading into the future…

Arena Slayer 4v4 types + Objectives!
BreakOut will be second most important down the line. Ppl dont think so right now because not much has been shown of breakout. When the novelty of Warzone dies down after about 6months Ppl will start to see BreakOut growing stronger and 343 will be paying more attention to break out because the fans are starting to see just how much potential it has. Break out even will threaten slayer as the main game type one day.
Warzone will leap frog BTB in order of importance.
BTB will be the least important game mode however it will be awesome still.

No I wasn’t being mean. I was just saying that Warzone isn’t true halo. And that the only ppl who would think that Warzone is the main game type before it’s even seen the light of day in the halo world are kiddies who like green outlines around placed and dropped weapons to make them nice and easy to see because they are lazy & don’t pay enough attention to their surroundings.

this ticked the admin off because everything I lie about halo he hates! He’s totally opposite to me.

He he hates night time maps.

He he loves green glowing guns on day time maps.

He he hated the map boneyard in reach

he thinks Warzone is the main game type in halo.

You just watch and see when they start releasing the REAL MAPS for break out and not the forge ones!

watch when u see the big TV screens in the grand stands with spartan stats lighting up and instant replays and stuff on the massive TV screens in the grand stands on the maps like what you see in the commercial to break out.
