Hey guys Prophet of Ark here. So for I wanna say 1-2 weeks, probably less, the population counter for each playlists was at 0%. Not sure what caused this to happen but as of right now for me it is fixed. Just wanted to let you all know. Have a great day Halo community!

it looks like 343 made a silly billy out of me.
There is another forum that talks about this problem. I think the playlists are no longer updated.
